Returns
Items sold by TeamObsidian can be returned within 60 calendar days of receipt of shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must remain attached and the item must be in the original packaging.
If you have purchased an item that arrives in a defective condition, we will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.
Shipping
We will provide return shipping labels and a return address within the United States. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions: If the reason for the return is a result of a TeamObsidian error, we will refund return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return, we may not be able to offer the refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
